Thursday's Match Report
It was a fantastic evening of football at Chester Leisure Leagues on Thursday. We are delighted to welcome Monday Night Fever to the league from next week who will be taking on FC Polonia on their debut!
In the Premier League division, Texas Oldham took victory against AngelasAngels, securing a 3-0 win. Steak And Vale Pie put up an impressive fight against The Oil, ending the match 2-0. Thirsty Thursdays FC managed to scrape by Sporting Abeergut with a 1-0 victory, whereas Whats The Mata emerged victorious against Unathletico Madrid with a solid 2-0 win.
Meanwhile, league debutants Ch1 Fc and Saughall concluded their battle in a 1-1 draw. Socceroos managed a narrow win against Mount Your Mum, ending their game at 1-0. However, the highlight of the division was FC Polonia's decisive 3-0 win against Poortugal to make it back to back victories.
Division 2 saw a fair share of tight matches with CBFA beating Tbombs Titans 3-1, and two matches, Murder On Zidanes Floor versus Yellow Brick Wall and Mount Your Dad versus Stella Courtois, ending in 1-1 draws.
