Title: Chester Thursday League Week 5 Recap - Intense Action across Premier Divisions

It was another exciting evening of action on Thursday at Chester Leisure Leagues with every team vying for position, as the league tables start to take shape!

We thank all teams as always for their continued support and reliability.

In the Premier League, Thirsty Thursdays FC and AngelasAngels battled fiercely with both teams managing to score one goal each, ending in a nerve-wracking draw. The Oil are our new league leaders as showed off their title credentials as they beat  Unathletico Madrid in a 4-0 victory. In the tightly contested match between Texas Oldham and Whats The Mata, the latter edged past with a 2-1 win. Barely Athletic will be making their league debut next week as they replace Sporting Abeergut in the league!

Moving to Division 1, Mount Your Mum clinched an impressive victory over Monday Night Fever with a scoreline of 1-0. Saughall returned to form with a superb 2-0 victory over FC Polonia. AFC Vegas also maintained their unbeaten record as they beat Poortugal 2-0. The clash between Ch1 Fc and Socceroos turned into a deadlock with a 1-1 draw.

The Division 2 games were no less thrilling. Yellow Brick Wall demonstrated their defensive prowess with a 2-0 win over CBFA. The match between Jaeger Young Boys and Stella Courtois ended goalless, while Tbombs Titans fell to Mount Your Dad with a surprising 3-0 defeat. Boughton Bombers managed a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Murder On Zidanes Floor to pick up their first victory of the season.
