It was a brilliant evening of action in our Chester Thursday league which saw all teams in attendance as scheduled. We were delighted to welcome Colonel Getafe who made their debut against Giroud Awakening.
In the Premier League, Angelas Angels got the better of AFC Vegas in a 1-victory.However, the most spectacular display of the night belongs to Whats The Mata who beat their opponents, Mount Your Mum, with a landslide victory of 10-0, the biggest win in this division. Monday Night Fever continued their impressive form by beating Dale Barracks FC 3-0, and Thirsty Thursdays FC also put on a good show with a 3-0 victory over Goal Diggers FC.
Division 1 saw some intense battles. Unathletico Madrid managed to edge past CBFA with a 1-0 victory while a nail-biting match between Mount Your Dad and Sba ended in a 1-1 draw. FC Polonia won their match against Team Nepal by 1-0 and Giroud Awakening eased their relegation fears as they beat league debutants Colonel Getafe 6-1.
In Division 2, Murder On Zidanes Floor claimed a 2-1 victory over Portsfinest. In the battle of two significant promotion candidates Poortugal scored a 1-0 triumph over Boughton Bombers. Flintshire Fc took a 3-0 win over Rusteze Rangers, and Jurgen Slopps managed to prevail over Dynamos with a 5-2 scoreline.
