It was a brilliant evening of action at Chester Leisure Leagues on Thursday which saw all teams in attendance as scheduled with the exception of Game Set and Snatch who return to competitive cation next week. We were delighted to welcome Dee Rangers and Butch Dyche to the league!
In the Premier League, the fixtures concluded with tight defensive battles resulting in low-scoring games. The match between CBFA and Sba ended in a goalless draw. Meanwhile, Monday Night Fever and Mount Your Dad ended in a 1-1 tie. The sole winners of the night were AngelasAngels who managed to secure a 1-0 victory against Goal Diggers FC. A similar result was also seen with Whats The Mata narrowly beating AFC Vegas 1-0.
In Division 1, the competition was fierce with all teams showing immense determination. A7A FC and Mount Your Mum clashed in a thrilling match, ending in a 2-2 draw. Poortugal, with a decisive 3-1 win over Giroud Awakening, grabbed the spotlight. The match between Arse 'N' All and Boughton Bombers also ended in a 2-2 draw.
In Division 2, Winlift FC was bested by FC Polonia 3-1, while Dee Rangers FC secured a marginal 1-0 triumph over FC Farndon. Mackin FC pulled off a 2-1 win against Dynamos, and Portsfinest scraped a 1-0 victory against Butch Dyche.
