It was a brilliant evening of football at Chester Leisure Leagues on Thursday with all teams in attendance with the exception of Game Set and Snatch. We are delighted to welcome The Bishops Boys from next week who make their debut against Poortugal!
In the Premier League division, AFC Vegas triumphed over CBFA with a 2-0 victory, establishing their dominance on the field. Goal Diggers FC put up a noteworthy performance but sadly fell short in a 1-0 loss to SBA. Whats The Mata pulled off a narrow 1-0 win against Monday Night Fever, showing their resilience and consistency. However, the highlight of the night was the fierce clash between Mount Your Dad and AngelasAngels. AngelasAngels emerged victorious with a 3-1 win, turning heads with their impressive play.
In Division 1, A7A FC and Poortugal created the most suspense with a grueling draw, each team scoring 1 goal. Arse 'N' All achieved a narrow 2-1 victory against Gee Sung Park, while Mount Your Mum showed no mercy to FCC FC, scoring seven goals to FCC FC's nil, demonstrating their preparedness for the upcoming weeks.
Division 2 saw a string of closely contested matches. Untitled FC suffered a 1-0 defeat to BalotelliTubbies, while Dynamos managed to sneak a 1-0 win against Portsfinest. Butch Dyche and Dee Rangers FC ended in a tightly fought draw, both teams scoring once. FC Polonia and Mackin FC gave fans a keenly contested match, although it ended in a goalless draw.
