In the fierce competition of local football, the Rubery Tuesday League continues to unfold with tireless energy and exciting performances. As we stepped into week 8 of the league, AFC Kings Norton, Puregym FC, Wheezy Wanderers FC, West Heath FC, and Pique Blinders FC, went head-to-head in the Premier League division.

AFC Kings Norton made a remarkable performance, thrashing Puregym FC 7-1. The Kings Norton lads are still going for the title, and hoping for a Pique slip up in the next two weeks

Most Valuable Player - Forbes (AFC Kings Norton)

The Wheezy Wanderers FC managed a narrow 1-0 victory over West Heath FC. A great win for Wheezy, who are looking for a strong finish to the end of the season

Most Valuable Player - Lewis (Wheezy Wanders)

In the Division 1, Bartley Blues, Leave My Arsealona, Chasers81120 FC, South Side, The Special Inbetweeners, and SHE WAS ONLY XI, created a spectacle. 

Leave My Arsealona dominated Bartley Blues with a 6-0 win. The win keeps Leave My 2 points clear in the race for the championship, with 2 weeks to go

Most Valuable Player - H Askin (Leave My Arsealona)

South Side outperformed Chasers81120 FC with a high-scoring 11-7 victory.  An incredible end to end game, with the top scorer of this division being McCoy from South Side who scored an impressive total of 5 goals.

Most Valuable Player - McCoy (Southside)

The Special Inbetweeners also secured a 5-3 win over SHE WAS ONLY XI. A first win of the season for the Inbetweeners, with the win taking them 2 points clear of the bottom.

Most Valuable Player - Davis (Special Inbetweeners)

The most valued player of the week was the formidable Wayne French from South Side. His contributions in the game played a significant role in paving the way for his team's victory.
