End Of The Season at Newton Abbot Monday 6 a side

Congratulations to Spartans who are crowned Newton Abbot Premier League 6 a side champions on the final day of the season.

It was an unlikely outcome with Six Offenders winning their game 4-1 in the heat against Fiorentina Turner. They must of thought they'd done enough with Spartans a long way behind on goal difference, however Spartans knew this and unfortunately for Zidane's they had the bit between their teeth and really went for broke, winning 18-0 to clinch the title by two goals. Ryan Sanders scored 6 but just missed out on the Golden Boot. Newton Wanderers striker Callum Noyce also managed 6 goals in their 9-3 win over FC Fairways to finish one goal ahead, it could of been more but for Geoff Wood in the Fairways goal who was in fine form. The league MVP for this season goes to Cameren Simmons of Newton Wanderers with 5 man of the match performance.
