Newton Abbot 6 a side match night report!

It was a full turnout on match day 2 at our Newton Abbot Monday 6 a side league. The weather is turning a little chilly again but that didn't stop the players putting on a great show with a couple of really exciting games.

Six Offenders continue their good start to the season and the defence of their title with a 7-0 win over Faze Soccer Killers, that man Josh Haynes with another five goals to his name. Beckwith's Ballers pushed Newton Wanderers all the way in a thriller with Newton holding on for a 4-3 victory. Finally Peter Gibson put in another man of the match performance and grabbed a hat-trick as a resilient FC Fairways defeated a good AFC Turkey side who just ran out of steam, 5-2 the final score to move Fairways up to second spot.
