In the latest round of the high-octane 6-a-side Newton Abbot Monday Football League, week 5 unfolded with a series of thrilling matches and compelling individual performances in the Premier League division.


Kicking off the week's games were Guns And Moses and Newton Wanderers, with the latter team sailing to a triumphant 3-0 win. Despite the loss, Guns And Moses' standout player was Freddie Patten, earning the most valued player of the week title for his exceptional play against the Wanderers. Even amidst defeat, Patten's performance showed the resilience and fighting spirit that is the hallmark of the Premier League.


The next game saw Human Frubes going head-to-head with Who Ate All Depays, resulting in a tight 2-0 win for Who Ate All Depays. The game showcased some strategic play from both teams, ultimately rewarding Who Ate All Depays with the victory.


However, the game of the week was the gripping contest between Balding FC and Bullends Bulldogs. With a final score of 4-3, Bullends Bulldogs clinched a nail-biting victory.
