Big win for St Mary's at the top of Cowes Tuesday 6 a side

All teams were in attendance last night at our Cowes Tuesday 6 a side league at Cowes Enterprise College's 3G pitch. It's building up to be an exciting season with the top 5 all separated by just two points after week 5.

Leaders St Mary's are the only team now left with a 100% record as they came through a tough match with a 5-3 win against last season's runners up Ice Island. Iain Craig and Duncan Millar both grabbing braces for St Mary's. Old Guns moved up to second spot with an excellent 4-0 victory against another title challenger Leaping Lords, Josh Tombleson and Sam Williams both scoring twice. Notting Your Mums Forest are up to third as they won 4-1 against Pique Blinders, Liam Slaven finding the back of the net twice along with goals from captain Stefan Price and Dean Attrill. Finally All Sorts had a strong side out to comfortably defeat Rack Jussell 9-0 to move out of the bottom two. Joe Craig, Max Foreman and Luke Chessell all getting on the scoresheet twice.
