Cowes 6 a side - Tuesday

Week 5 is a wrap in our Isle of Wight 6 a side league in Cowes. Another cracking little night of 6 a side. This league needs a couple of teams to join to be at capacity, sign up is just £10 and you can be playing this coming Tuesday on one of the best playing surfaces you will find. So if a Tuesday works for you, get your team together and get registered.

This weeks games saw an emphatic 17 - 3 win for Ice Island, Jordan Whitte with 9 goals and Arron Ince 4. There were some great goals, non better though than Khedira's captain Owen Connolly's absolute worldy. 100% a goal of the week contender if only it had been caught on film. At least it gave his team something to cheer on an otherwise difficult night. In the top of the table clash between Old Guns and St Marys there was 2 goals each for Billy Chugg and Josh Tombleson to give Old Guns the points in a 4 - 0 win. 

Both Grease Monkeys and Pique Blinders had points wins this week as we look to fill the two spaces in the league.
