Cowes Tuesday 6 a side results as season kicks off!

The Cowes Tuesday 6 a side season kicked off last night with all 8 teams in attendance. Mixed weather effecting the early games but cleared up in the latter part of the night. 

Champions Realsosobad got their season off to a flyer as they went top after a 15-3 victory over new boys Fake Madrid. Tom Rogers with 7, Dan Woodford 6 and Jake Watson 2 for Realsosobad while Madrid's strikes came courtesy of Reece Galloway, James Sheath and Jamie Linington. Second on goal difference are Thorness Bay who started with a 7-1 victory over AFC Sleaze. Dan Ward hitting a hat-trick while Ryan Godley bagged a brace, Anthony Cowburn with the other. Despite a man of the match performance and a hat-trick from Elliot Bracken-Lamb Pique Blinders went down to a 6-4 loss to Notting Your Mum's Forest while after not getting a single point last season there was a fantastic start to the campaign from Expected Toulouse as they picked up a 3-2 win against Ryde Saints. Jacob Gammon, Ethan Brierley and Andy Payne with the goals for Toulouse. Credit to the lads for sticking at it.
