We had a great round of matches again in Cowes with some quality action as we ticked off week 7 of the season. Leaders St Mary's took a 5 - 0 win as did Pique Blinders while Old Guns had 4 goals from fit again Billy Chugg to thank for their 7 - 1 win over Millenials. Josh Tombleson found his touch to add one as did Dave Haynes and Alex Cotton as the reigning champions kept the pressure on the leaders. Game of the night took place between Baines on Toast and She Said She Was X1 as the two evenly matched sides battled out a 2 - 2 draw. James Gallop and Rowen Churchill's goals cancelled out by Finley Cracknell and Oliver Sweatman in what was a brilliant game.
Don't forget we have one space to fill in this league so if you are looking for some summer 6 a side in Cowes, now is the time to get involved. Registration is just £10 and you can start as soon as next Tuesday.
