Finally some half decent weather as our Cowes Tuesday 6 a side entered week 6 at Cowes Enterprise College.
There was an upset at the top as Notting Your Mums Forest produced an excellent performance to defeat top of the table Old Guns 6-1. Liam Slaven banged a hat-trick to add to goals from Mark Allen, Matt Bates and captain Stefan Price. This gave Ice Island the opportunity to go top of the table and they did with a 6-0 victory against Pique Blinders. Morgan Perrin with a hat-trick plus goals from Lewis Blackmore 2 and Arron Ince. There are two teams who are just a point behind the top two now, in third place are Ashton Villa II who won convincingly against Expected Toulouse 15-0 while in a much closer match Your Mums Agbonlahor beat St Mary's 2-1.
Thank you to all our teams and our match night supervisor Calum and ref Chris. Also to Jamie have helping out. See you all next week for match day 7, the halfway point of the season!
