Match day 10 took place at Cowes Tuesday 6 a side last night with all 8 teams in attendance. We had a mixture of results from narrow wins to a couple of big scorelines.
The leaders Old Guns found it tough against an in form St Mary's side who pushed them all the way. Ross Lacey however scored both goals for Guns as they edged the match and took the win 2-1. This see's them take another step towards retaining their title as they remain four points clear. Second place Ice Island managed to get a side together in the end after looking doubtful for much of the day and they will be pleased they sorted it as they went out and won 11-0 against All Sorts. Goals from Callum Bowen Clarke 5, Arron Ince 3, Chance Higgins 2 and Tiran. Third place Notting Your Mum's Forest got the better of Ashton Villa II winning 4-1. Dean Attrill sporting his new boots was back on the goal trail with a brace to add to goals from Liam Slaven and Ryan Gardener. Finally Pique Blinders picked up their first win of the season beating Expected Toulouse 5-0 with captain Elliott Bracken-Lamb scoring a hat-trick while Kieran Young hit a double.
