WELCOME TO TO ANOTHER NEW SEASON AT OUR HIGH WYCOMBE 6A SIDE WEDNESDAY LEAGUE

As always, we saw all teams in attendance as expected

In the heart of Buckinghamshire, the onset of the High Wycombe Wednesday 6 a side Football League gave the local sports enthusiasts a reason to cheer. The first week of the season had some high octane action, with teams from both the Premier League and Division 1 divisions showing their mettle on the field.

In the Premier League, FC Motechnics edged past Verdansk Veterans with a narrow 2-1 win. Totteridge Town Academy emerged as the week's top scorer, demolishing Finding Timo with a whopping 6-0 scoreline. Khedira Pin Drop also had a solid start to the season, defeating The Rams 3-0, while AFCixes managed to outscore Skilly 4-2. However, the highlight of the week was SERIOUS 6S, who made a striking debut with a 9-0 thrashing of Pathetico Madrid.

Switching focus to Division 1, Beating Chastards. managed to scrape a win against YardBoys FC with a solitary goal. Winkers U11s also started their campaign on a high note, securing a 2-0 victory against Class On Grass. Epstein's Elite triumphed over TREN FC 3-1, and Stephen Hawkings Pit Crew clinched a victory against Hardly Athletic, with a narrow margin of 2-1. The standout fixture saw Sit On De Lap outplay Kiss My Pass 4-1.

As the season has just started, the teams are still getting into their stride. The top scorers from both divisions have set a high benchmark for the upcoming matches. With this ferocious start, the rest of the season promises to be a thrilling affair that football fans can look forward to.
