In an exciting week 9 of the Ashton Under Lyne Monday 6-a-side football league, the pitch was ablaze with some outstanding performances and thrilling matches across all divisions.

In the Premier League division, AFC BC dominated with an impressive 6-0 victory over Jabbalads FC, with Rowan, the league's top scorer, netting three goals. Meanwhile, Oreo FC convincingly overpowered El Tigres with an 8-1 win.

Division 1 saw an equally exhilarating round of matches. Egg Fried Reus also had an impressive performance, cruising past MK Dongs 5-0. The match between Bog Nation and The Queens Football Club ended in a 2-2 stalemate.

Lastly, in Division 4, George scored the winning goal in a closely contested match to help Lets Get Messi edge past Sticky Bandits, 2-1.
