MONDAY 28TH JANUARY ASHTON 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Ashton 6 a side Monday league direct from Curzon Ashton football club.

It was an improved evening in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some great football on the night.

We welcomed some new teams in to the league as we begin to look forward into what is going to be an exciting season ahead.

First up was a very tight affair between Staylbridge Labour Club and Droylsden Sixes which finished 1-0 to Droylsden Sixes.

Next up was a high scoring game in which Arthur Leg beat a new team to the league in Aloudout FC with the final score being 5-2. 

The final game of the evening was between Daves Daycare and No Stars FC which finished 5-3 to daves Daycare.

We have another new team on board for next week as the league continues to go from strength to strength.
