Ashton 6 a side updates

We had a cracking night of 6 a side football on Sunday evening, as we saw all teams in attendance for their games as we reached match week 6 at Curzon Ashton FC. 

Premier Division

Counterfreit FC continue to make strides at the top of the Premier Division, and they were in ruthless form on Sunday as they beat Team Chunky 9-0. This result leaves Chunky fearing for their future, as both they and Expected Toulouse find themselves adrift at the bottom of the league.

Lord Bendtners Disciples beat Toulouse 4-0 to ease their relegation worries, with next week's game against Team Chunky looking a four pointer.

Division One 

Bench FC secured a massive victory on Sunday as they beat league leaders Pique Blinders 2-1, to throw the race for promotion wide open. Coupled with Barely Athletics 6-2 win, this leaves two points between the top three teams.
