All the latest news for the Ashton 6 a side Sunday league direct from the Curzon Ashton Football Club.

It was a great night in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some great football scoring of plenty goals.

In the Premier league we opened with a close game between Barely Atheltic and kammy dodgers which ended 2-1 to Barely Athletic. The next game was another close match which saw league leaders OX FC defeat Counterfriet Fc 3-2 in a match that could have gone either way and leaves OX FC only needing a point to confirm them as Title winners. QUA FC went down 1-0 to Sex Drugs and Carlton Cole leaving them in a difficult position to chase down OX FC. 

In the final game of the night in the Premier league Team Chunky defeated Manchester Dons.

Moving onto Division one and the first game in the league saw CTRL ALT DE LEAT beat Real Ale Madrid 5-1. Next up was the turn of Inter Ya mam who picked up the points against Delph and Safety beating the 7-2. 

League Leaders Hockely Boys suffered a shock defeat at the hands of Sub Standard Liege going down 4-2 in a result that not only inflicts their first defeat of the season but also opens up the chance for Cool Runnings to close the gap, they duly delivered beating Bench Fc 7-0.
