Monday 24th March - Deeside Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Deeside Monday 5 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed matches played.

Power-packed matches were the order of the day, with Boweld FC emerging as the victorious champions of the Premier League. Their stunning performance throughout the season, with a staggering total of 18 points and 8 wins, stood testament to their prowess on the field.

The penultimate match day saw some thrilling performances by other Premier League teams as well. Johnsons Under 9s showcased a stellar performance, beating Barely Athletic 9-4, a victory that established their strong offensive game. In another high-tempo game, Gladstone Ladyboys ran riot on MK Buds FC with an 11-0 win, their powerful strategy leaving their opponents scoreless.

Fellas 5 also stamped their dominance by scoring 7 goals against NW Rangers who failed to respond with even a single goal. Out On Bale, with their gritty performance, edged out DFC by a narrow 2-goal margin, winning the match 4-2. Net Six And Chill managed to put a commendable fight, beating Chaplin's Chaps 6-2.
