Leisure leagues Dereham resumed its 6 a side Football league last night under the floodlights of the fantastic 3G pitch at Dereham Neathred and it did not disappoint with some excellent games on display.

Reigning Champions Chrinter Angels started with a dominant win over Swanton Morelys finest who were unfortunately ravaged by injury and players on leave.

New team Crystal Phallus made their intentions for the title clear with a devastating display against the Remastered and could provide huge competition for the undefeated Chrinter Angels in the new year.

There was a goal fest 3-3 draw between Beetley Pumas and Paris Ganjaman with both teams impressing and Put Matip in put in a fine display in a 4-1 win over Oldman asthmatic.

Norfolk and Chance were excellent in a 6-0 win over new team Red star and another new side Out on Bale were awarded a 5-0 win after playing out a friendly as their opponents did not show.
