Play in the Plymouth Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Plymouth's Monday night football league brought an exciting array of games in week 5 with teams battling it out across six divisions.

In the Premier League division, MoLeicesters triumphed over Crouch Potato with a 3 - 1 victory, while SPEKTRA FC decimated Saltash Unathletic with a 5 - 0 win. The Elbybombers also grabbed a 2 - 0 victory against The Balotellitubbies, making the competition fierce at the top.

In Division 1, Law Abiding Sigurdssons dominated with a 9 - 1 victory over Barely Athletic. Jive Turkeys and The Receding Hairlines were the other winners of the night, defeating Maradona Kebabs and Chicken Tikka No Salahd respectively.

Division 2 saw a stellar performance from Paraolympiacos FC, who beat Ball Of Duty 3 - 1. The matches between Not In Ur Mums Forrest FC and Phantom Of The Chopra, as well as Champagne SuperRovers and Pigs, ended in tight finishes with 3 - 2 victories.

In Division 3, I Need A Breather United, Real Sosobad and For The Fish FC emerged victorious, while Division 4 had an exciting 7 - 5 win for Spastic Moscow over Trousers Down 11. Footasylums Finest and BBB FC ended in a 1 - 1 draw.

In Division 5, there were clear victories for AF United, Sevilla Depression and The Titans, setting the stage for an interesting next week of games.

Top scorers for each division were yet to be confirmed at the time of writing, but the competitiveness of the games promises an exciting season of football. The teams will be back in action next Monday for week 6 of the Monday night football league in Plymouth.
