Play in the Plymouth Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The dust has finally settled on the Plymouth Monday 6-a-side Football league's opening day, marking the start of a new season that promises fierce competition and thrilling performances across all divisions.

In the Premier League, The Receding Hairlines opened the season with a tight 3-2 victory over Crouch Potato, while Silly Pumas and Epsteins Landlord ended in a 2-2 draw. Jive Turkeys also eked out a 2-1 win against Not In Ur Mums Forrest FC.

Cream Alexandra and Slug FC started the Division 1 season with high-scoring games. Cream Alexandra dispatched Spackers Fc 4-1, and Slug FC battled to a 4-3 victory over Gamballers. Meanwhile, Law Abiding Sigurdssons secured a 2-1 triumph over Real Sosobad.

Division 2 saw Inter Ya Nan dominate Saltash Unathletic with a 5-2 victory, while Whats Occuring and I Need A Breather United shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Royal Bale and Paraolympiacos Fc delivered an exciting match with a 4-3 scoreline in favor of Royal Bale.

In Division 3, AF United and FC Brian Munich both secured wins against Book Ake and Ball Of Duty respectively. BBB FC also clinched a 2-1 victory over Clive.

Division 4 witnessed a goal fest as Trousers Down 11 thrashed Austin Fc 8-0. Mr Men and Friends also achieved a clean 4-0 win against Saka Potatoes, and HTG FC overcame Jerry Can FC 6-3.

The Division 5 games saw dominant performances from Boi United and Gurnow Mill who won 8-0 against The Titans and 8-1 against Packer Palace respectively. Sevilla Depression also managed to secure a 1-0 win against Evan-essence Fc.

The top scorers for each division will be revealed in the forthcoming reports. As the season has just started, there is still a lot more action to come. The fans are in for a treat this season as the teams prepare for the next round of games.
