Congratulations to the Champions at Exeter Tuesday 6 a side

Firstly I'd just like to introduce myself. My name is Rich and I have just taken over Stuart's 6 a side leagues which includes yours at Exwick Sports Hub in Exeter. I run the leagues from a far with help from my colleague Rob. I run nearly 30 leagues now including the one I play in on the Isle of Wight. This looks like a great league and I see that I've taken over as the current season ends. If you have any feedback on how we can improve things or help with any please get in touch.

Congratulations to our Premier League winners Pie & Gravy who stormed to the Prem title, winning it by a massive 8 points. They did just miss out on the perfect season as they went down to Los Cojonudos United 9-5 on the final day of the season last night.

Chicken Tika Taka were crowned Div 1 Champions as they defeated Crystal Phallas 8-5 to seal the title while the other promotion spot went to Tuesday Knights who won 4-1 against Chubby Alonso's.

In Div 2 Queasy Nurples held on for a narrow 3-2 win over Win Some Lose Some to secure top honors and promotion to Div 1. Hakuna Juan Mata went down to a 2-1 defeat to third place Giroud Sandstorm but held onto the second promotion place.

Finally FCSB won the title decider in Div 3 as they beat The Dons 1-0 to move 3 points clear at the top. The Dons however did hold onto second spot and promotion to Div 2.

Thank you to all our teams and to all those that paid online last night, enjoy your £5 off next week. We will be moving to a cashless venue from next Tuesday when the new season starts. This change is to help our referee's on the night and means less contact with several different players collecting cash, especially with Covid still a factor. It also means all teams are ready to go and games can get underway faster plus referee's can concentrate on the games not collecting money off people.

Thank you to all our teams this season but also a big thank you to our referee's Ash, Lester, Neil, Danny and Andy
