The Exeter Tuesday 6-a-side football league saw its seventh week of action last night, with teams from the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 divisions battling it out across an intense series of matches.
Premier League
Strawberry Moussa fell to TGFC in a closely contested match, ending with a 5-3 scoreline. Noah Northcott of Strawberry Moussa emerged as the top scorer with an impressive haul of three goals. The division also saw 6 Bricks annihilate East Ham 8-0 and Thirsty Beaver FC overpower Rigor Mortys 5-1. HEAV CRESS, with their star player Alex Bond who was named this week's Most Valued Player, triumphed over Wacko FC with a score of 7-3.
Division 1
Saw Tiki Taka secure a comfortable victory over We Argue FC with a 6-1 result. Ionut Nedelcu of The Boys led the scoring charts in this division with two goals, helping his team secure a 2-0 victory over Snortsmouth United.
Division 2
Pathetic Athletic outclassed Werder Beermen with a 7-2 win, while Internacional edged out Sands United FC Exeter with a score of 4-3. Michael Birtalan scored the only goal for Internacional, thus becoming the top scorer of the division.
Division 3
Saw Inter My Van succumb to Win Some Lose Some with a 3-0 defeat, while Puyol Pants Down dominated AFC Class On Grass with a 4-1 victory. Will De Bass of Topsham Tips FC emerged as the top scorer in the division, contributing one goal in a thrilling 4-3 defeat against Brown Bread FC.
