Romsey Monday 6-a-side Football League Continues to Excite
ROMSEY - Football enthusiasts were thrilled last night as the third week of the Romsey Monday 6-a-side Football League kicked off. The competition was fierce in Division 1, with dominant performances and surprising upsets shaping the course of the league.
Cloud City delivered an unforgettable show of force, taking a resounding victory over Only Put Matip In with an 8-1 scoreline. Paultons Power Players demonstrated their prowess as well, securing a 7-3 victory over Class On Artificial Grass. The most significant win of the night, however, belonged to Pistol City, who outclassed Box to Boxed with an astonishing score of 11-2. In other games, TakingLeTiss edged out Romsey Rovers 4-2, while Super 6 managed to keep a clean sheet against Sevilla Autism with a 2-0 victory.
As the league progresses, the scoring charts are starting to take shape. In Division 1, the top scorer honors are currently being contested fiercely, with players from Pistol City and Cloud City leading the pack.
