EASTER HOLIDAY- LEAGUE RESUMES APRIL 28TH
Please can all teams be reminded that we are off the Easter Bank Holiday, the league resumes as normal on April 28th
It was a brilliant evening of football at Newcastle Under-Lyme Leisure Leagues on Monday. We were delighted to welcome so many new teams to the league!
In the Premier League division, the competition was fierce. OZK took a decisive victory against TherealMBBz with a 4-2 scoreline, making their intentions clear for the rest of the season. GIMPS FC showed their dominance with a 4-0 win against AFC YOUNG WOLFS, demonstrating a solid defensive performance. The Falcons continued their high flying season with a 3-1 win over Gowl Road Fc, while Unknown Fc bagged a 4-0 win against Sniffer Dogs, proving that they're a force to be reckoned with.
In Division 1, Wynns Barmy Army Fc displayed a masterclass with a 4-0 triumph over Bus Drivers FC. UltrAslan Stoke, meanwhile, were very impressive in a 6-1 victory against Inter Row Z, making them the team to watch in forthcoming weeks.
