In the thrilling final week of the Tipton Sunday 6-a-side Football League, Baggie Boys emerged as the victorious team, clinching the Premier League title with a total of 13 points and 5 wins.
Despite their 3-4 defeat against Kroos Control, the Boys exhibited a stellar performance throughout the season and ended on a high note.
Unfortunately we did have one incident on the night in the game between Way Past If FC and Bostin Bliston that has led to a player from Bostin Bliston has received a £10 fine and a week ban for his actions on the night. It is paramount all players are within the rules each and every week in order for the league to run smoothly if this is not done the incidents that do occur will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly each time.
In the game itself Way Past It FC shackled Bostin Bilston with a remarkable 4-0 victory, demonstrating their dominance on the pitch. Coseley Boys also showcased their football prowess with a 4-1 win over Punjab Panthers, proving their mettle in the league.
The Tipton Sunday League has been a platform for local football talent to shine and create memorable matches. This season was no exception, as players displayed exceptional skill, team spirit, and sportsmanship.
