Play in the Altrincham Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the gripping second week of the Altrincham Thursday 6-a-side football league, teams across three divisions battled it out under the floodlights.

In Division 1, The Villagers narrowly edged out Brow Boys in a nail-biting contest, finishing 3-2. Meanwhile, The Galacticos and Themchester United were inseparable, sharing the spoils in a 2-2 draw. Sale FC and FTJ FC also shared points with a 1-1 draw. Pint And 2 Es couldn't quite catch up to Oswestry FC, with a final scoreline of 2-1 in favour of Oswestry FC.

In Division 2, Lambordeeney outpaced Vin Petrol FC to win the match 5-3. UnderTheHelmet made a statement with an emphatic 12-0 victory over FAFO FC. Full Time Cans and Finding Timo FC couldn't outdo each other, and the match ended in a 2-2 draw.

In Division 3, the matches were fiercely contested. Tip Army FC fell short against BIN SLIPPERS losing 1-0, while Stamford Rejects dominated Al-Teaspoons FC with a whopping 8-0 victory. PP FC also managed to scrape a narrow win over Neil Ritchie VI with a 1-0 result.

The top scorers of the week were as follows: For Division 1, it was The Galacticos and Themchester United both racking up 2 goals. Lambordeeney led the pack in Division 2 with an impressive 5 goals. Division 3’s top scorer was shared by Stamford Rejects with a match-high 8 goals in their game.
