 Thrilling Week 9 of Altrincham Thursday 6-A-Side Football League

The Altrincham Thursday 6-a-side Football league delivered another thrilling week of competition, with players demonstrating great skill and sportsmanship across Divisions 1, 2, and 3.

In Division 1, Banchester Reincarnated eked out a narrow victory against The Villagers with a 1-0 win, while Sale Fc managed to topple Bulban Clan 2 with a 2-1 scoreline. Pint And 2 Es gave a solid performance against Brow Boys, securing a comfortable 3-0 win. The standout match of the evening saw Oswestry Fc dominate Golazo FC with an impressive 4-0 victory.

Division 2 witnessed some intense battles this week, with Altys Finest F C and UnderTheHelmet ending in a 0-0 draw. Tip Army Fc and Los Perros also shared the spoils with a 1-1 tie. The shock of the evening came with BIN SLIPPERS registering a stunning 9-0 win against Fit And Fat FC, while Expected Toulouse fell 4-2 against FTJ FC.

In Division 3, Al-Teaspoons FC secured a 4-1 win against Thirsty Thursdays FC, and Timperley Tigers clawed out a 3-1 victory against Stamford Rejects. The Inter Row Z and FAFO FC match ended in a 1-1 draw, and the night concluded with Neil Ritchie VI defeating PP FC 4-2.

The top scorers for the week were BIN SLIPPERS from Division 2, who netted a whopping 9 goals, Neil Ritchie VI from Division 3 and Oswestry Fc from Division 1, both scoring 4 goals in their respective games.
