A Week of Thrills and Spills in Altrincham Thursday Football League
In what marked the ninth week of the Altrincham Thursday Football league, soccer fans bore witness to a series of exciting clashes across three divisions. Teams from Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 faced off on the pitch, delivering a night of high-quality football and thrilling competition.
In Division 1, Bin Slippers continued their impressive run, with a dominant 4-0 victory over Pint And 2 Es. Meanwhile, TwoFourNine FC showcased their offensive prowess, netting seven times against Oswestry Fc’s two to secure a comfortable win. Brow Boys rounded off the division's results with a hard-fought 4-2 victory against FTJ FC.
Division 2 saw equally intense match-ups, with Altys Finest F C edging out a narrow 2-1 win over Banchester Reincarnated. The game of the night, however, was Neil Ritchie VI's 7-1 thrashing of Stamford Youth, a testament to their attacking firepower. Fit And Fat FC and Los Perros were also able to secure wins, defeating The Six Offenders FC and PP FC respectively.
