Football fans across Swindon were on the edge of their seats last night, as week 16 of the highly anticipated Swindon Monday 6-a-side Football League took place.

Division 1 saw some explosive matches, with Noffin FC marginally defeating Firminos Colgate 2-1 in a gripping showdown. Out On Bale mirrored this scoreline against Bill Oddie's U19's, seizing a narrow victory. Pussios triumphed over Wheaty Wanderers, scoring a thrilling 3-2 win. Intern Milan secured a 2-1 win against KishanMySister, and the Drunken Masters showed their prowess with a solid 3-0 win against Stratton Slappers.

In Division 2, Not So Athletico victoriously overcame Athletico Cerney with a final score of 3-2. Shield And Shaggers battled it out with Shagbombs, ending in a 2-2 draw. Sheffield Thursday outplayed Discombobulated Dons 2-0, and Diesel FC ousted Its Getting Messi FC with a 2-0 win. The match between Juan-ka and Cerney United ended in a goalless tie, leaving both teams with points to prove in the coming weeks.

Division 3 saw the Pembroke Fc defeat Green Star 2-0. Pathetico Madrid came out on top against Expendables FC with a 3-1 victory. Bowen 747 and Old'em Pathetic had a close match, ending in a 3-2 win for Old'em Pathetic. The Golfie Boys edged out Yeffield Shunited with a 2-1 victory.

The end of the season is fast approaching, with only two weeks remaining. Teams across all divisions are urged to secure their spots for the next season.
