HALIFAX MONDAY 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS 7TH DECEMBER 2021

All the latest news for the Halifax Monday 5 a side league direct from the 3GI Soccer Centre.

It was a great night of action with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some good football.

Last seasons Premier league runners up Win or booze suffered a shock defeat to The Minnows who are looking to stake a claim for the title this season. After the first two matches they sit second on goal difference behind last years winners Maroon Fives. 

We have had a number of new teams start this season all in Division one with, Ramsdens Solicitors, Pathetic Athletic, Crossley Bees and Manchesthair united all new to the league but it is long standing members Beacon who currently sit top albeit by goal difference. 

Talking of new teams next week we welcome our latest team to the league as Clunge FC who have played in the league previously are all set to return to action starting net week at 830pm against Exposed Nuggets.
