Play in the Halifax Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the Halifax Monday 5-a-side Football league, the third week threw up some intense matches and exciting performances in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, Only Fools And Scorers proved to be too much for Pez Athletic, dominating a 9-3 victory. Powersheds FC edged out FC Floppy in a nail-biting match, ending 7-5 in favor of Powersheds. TAA Very Much made a strong statement with a 9-3 win over Pathetico Madrid, showcasing some serious attacking prowess. Calder V FC kept up the pace with a hard-fought 9-5 win against EXPOSED NUGGETS FC.

In Division 1 action, Daddy Day Care proved too strong for Udogie Style, securing a 5-0 win. The Minnows eked out a close 8-7 victory over Sevilla Depression in the most hotly contested match of the night. Ogden United had an outstanding night, putting 12 past Lukakus Touch without response. Inky Jims FC and Dodgy Knees FC battled it out, with Inky Jims eventually securing a 6-4 win.

While all teams displayed commendable performances, the week's top scorers clearly stood out. In the Premier League, Only Fools And Scorers and TAA Very Much, both securing 9 goals, were the highest scoring teams. In Division 1, Ogden United took the spotlight with a whopping 12 goals.
