Play in the Halifax Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the sporting world of 5-a-side football, Halifax Monday League is the talk of the town. Week 5 of the season saw some thrilling action in the Premier League and Division 1, with teams battling it out for supremacy.

In the Premier League, Pez Athletic displayed their power by overpowering Powersheds FC with a 5-2 victory. In another high-scoring match, Calder V FC narrowly edged out Daddy Day Care 4-3. Meanwhile, FC Floppy showed their prowess with a 6-3 win over TAA Very Much. The day, however, belonged to The Craftsmen, who played a scintillating game, securing a 4-3 victory against Sevilla Depression in a nail-biting finish.

Moving on to Division 1, EXPOSED NUGGETS FC kicked off the night with an impressive 6-3 victory over Pudding Boys. In Good Kompany lived up to their name, with a commanding 5-3 win over Inky Jims FC. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly The Minnows' dominant 8-3 triumph over Chippos Barmy Army.

While each team showed great sportsmanship and teamwork, it would be remiss not to mention the individual stars of the night. The top scorers for the Premier League and Division 1 respectively were Finn Johnson of FC Floppy and Matt Stevens of The Minnows, who both demonstrated exceptional ball control and scoring instincts.
