MONDAY 1ST APRIL HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Monday league direct from the 3GI Soccer Centre.

It was another great night in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some great football on the night. This included our newest team Prawn Tacos who were unlucky to loos in their first match in the league as they went down 6-5 to Sissoko Mode.

Old and Passed it currently sit top of the Premier league having won all 3 of their opening games with 4 teams all closely following being only a further 2 points behind.

In division one Beacon and Exposed nuggets are separated by only goal difference at the top of the league but they are due to play each other next week so something will have to give.

A reminder to all players at the end of each season the most valuable player of the season goes into our prize draw for the month and stands a chance of winning one of our prizes and with prizes such as a pair of football boots up for grabs and a ps4 or xbox one game of your choice you could be rewarded for just playing in one of our leagues. All you need to do to receive man of the match for you game is sign up as a registered player for your team.
