MONDAY 25TH MARCH HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Monday league direct from the 3GI Soccer Centre.

It was another great night in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some great football on the night.

We say good bye to Ya dad sells avon as they played their last night in the league and will be replaced next week with a new team.

Before we get on to the evenings action i would like to take a minute to remember Sean Dunne who sadly passed away a year ago today playing for Old and Passed it, they are currently doing Seans memory proud sitting top of the league and winning last night against FC Farcelona. 

In the rest of the Premier leagues fixtures there were wins for Joret FC over a Wing And A Prayer and also The Minnows and Well would you look at that also picked up wins.

In Division one we have three teams all locked on 4 points having won their opening two fixtures. Tractor Boys, Beacon and Expossed nuggets will all be looking to make it three from three next week but with Tractor Boys taking on Beacon something will have to give.
