MONDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Monday league direct from the 3GI Soccer centre.

It was a good night in the league with all teams in attendance playing some great football. unfortunately we had 2 teams not able to make it and both Acapulcos XI and Greetland Massive will be contacted to confirm they are back next week as normal.

We also have a team moving over form the Sunday league to the Monday starting next week to take the final space in the league.

Onto the action and in the premier league Toffees suffered only their second defeat of the season going down 6-4 to bow legged. This left FC Farcelona and Exposed nuggets able to close the gap and are now just 2 points behind with 2 games left.

In Division one is just as close at the moment with leaders Kershaw united just 2 points ahead of Tractor boys as both picked up the points last night.  Maine street elite are just a further point behind and they themselves had a good 8-6 win over Inter Ya nan.
