WEDNESDAY 13TH MARCH HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3GI Soccer centre.

We had another great night in the league with all teams in attendance once again as expected and playing some great football.

We have just two weeks remaining of the current season and in the Premier league it is very close with any one of 5 teams still in with a shout of winning the league with only 3 points separating.

Bradford are currently sitting top after their 5-4 win over Obi Wan Kenobi Nil. They are closely being chased down by Calder V who themselves had an impressive 9-2 win over Hardly Athletic.

Into Division one and OrrufC Fivers have already won the league having won 8 from 8 and will be looking to win their remaining 2 fixtures for a clean sweep this season.

Who will go up with them is still up for grabs as ABCDE FC and Rammers are locked on 8 points each with Brazziliant just a point behind them.
