WEDNESDAY 21ST NOVEMBER HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3GI Soccer.

It was another great night in the league with all teams in attendance as expected and playing some great football on the night.

There was plenty of goals scored and some really good games played out and the odd shock result.

First match of the night was between 2nd and 3rd with Bradford taking the points home after a 7-5 win over Park farm social and leapfrogging them in the table at the same time.

Our newest team Rammers FC and Rammers XI continued to impress with 9-2 and 3-2 victories respectively. Transline showed Xbriet no mercy with a convincing 12-0 win but Xbriet never gave up and played for each other like they do every week.

The result of the night has to go to Obi Won Kenobi Nil though as they shocked league leaders 7-4. Hardly atheltic may have taken their eye off the ball being so far in front but they cant afford many more slip ups and will look to put things right next week against Bradford.
