WEDNESDAY 22ND MAY HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3GI Soccer centre.

It was another good night in the league with all teams in attendance with the exception of ABCDE FC. they will now be removed from the league and we will get a new team on board as soon as we can to take their place.

There are only 2 weeks left of the current season and in the Premier league Calder V may have already won the league but ORRUFC FIVERS, Brazilliant and Hardly Atheltic are all fighting for the runners up spot. Park Farm Social could still finish second but also currently sit in the drop zone such as the closeness of the rest of the teams. Bradford look like they are already down but still have a chance of surviving but will need to win both of their remaining games.

In division one Transline who were put into the league at the top lost last night and are only one point ahead of Tea and Busquets who were the team to beat them. Obi Wan Kenobi could still get into second and with it promotion to the premier league.

We are already looking forward to next weeks set of fixtures in the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league.
