WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3GI soccer.

It was a good night in the league with the teams in attendance playing some great football and scoring plenty of goals.

Unfortunately ORRUFC FIVERs failed to attend again after confirming they would be back this week. They also failed to inform anyone in the office and as a result will now be removed from the league with immediate affect.

I would like to remind all teams if you cant make a week for any reason or are struggling please contact the office which is open till 7pm on Wednesdays. Also remember to give your 7 days notice to avoid any charges for your match.

Onto the action and in the Premier league Dossers FC continued their strong starts to the season beating Hardly Athletic 12-3. Park Farm social and Brazilliant played out a very close entertaining game which Park Farm eventually won 8-6. 

In the final game of the Premier league Obi Wan Kenobi Nil defeated Transline 7-0.

Moving onto division one and Tea And Busquets were awarded a 5-0 win due to their opponents not showing up.  Interyournan turned over NHGS ELITE 5-3 in a close game and league leaders Living La Vida Reidoo beat bradford 10-2.

With 4 teams all joint on 4 points in Division one it could go down to the final week as we look to have an exciting season ahead.
