WEDNESDAY 27TH FEBRUARY HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3GI Soccer centre.

It was another great night in the league as we welcomed our newest team to the league. Football FC played in their first game in the league and didn't get off to the best of starts as they went down 9-2 to Living La Vida Reido. Although it wasn't the best start to their Division one campaign, they will be an asset to the league and can only improve. Also in Division one and not to be out done League leaders Orrufc Fivers put 11 past Rammers who did manage 3 themselves in reply.

Into the premier league and there is only 2 points separating the top 5 teams as we head into the final stretch of the season. It is literally anyone's league to take.

Hardly Athletic and Park farm Social  club played out a classic game as our current top 2 took on each other with Hardly Atheltic eventually coming our on top 7-6.

There were also wins for Obi Wan Kenobi nil and Bradford as they beat Tea And Busquets and Calder V respectively.
