WEDNESDAY 30TH JANUARY HALIFAX 5 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Halifax 5 a side Wednesday league direct from the 3Gi Soccer.

It was a good night over all in the league with all teams in attendance with the exception of Xbriet who failed to attend and failed to inform anyone in the office of their non attendance. They are being removed form the league and being replaced by a new team ready for next week so watch this space.......

Onto the action and we will start with the two other games that took place in Division one. Both games were very tight affairs in the first one Orrufc Fivers narrowly beat Brazilliant 7-6 and the other game Transline beat PMP LTD 5-4. Transline and OrruFC remain unbeaten so far but it looks to be a tight season ahead.

In the premier league all matches went a head as scheduled and once again we had some very tight matches played out. The first match saw a clear winner as Park Farm Social beat Calder V 9-3. The second game of the evening saw League leaders Obi wan Kenobi nil just get over the line in a 2-1 win over Harldy athletic.  The best game was saved till last in the Prem as Tea And busquits and Bradford played out an astonishing 9-9 draw in what is unquestionably the match of the night.
