In the high-stakes world of local six-a-side football, the Halstead Monday league delivered another spectacular week of nail-biting football. As we entered week 9 of the season, the competition in all divisions - Premier League, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3, was palpable.

Indeed, the Premier League saw no shortage of intense action. CESC PISTOLS put on a stellar show, annihilating Pinger Patrol 7-0, asserting their dominance in the league. Popped United also displayed excellent footballing abilities, overcoming Nice To Michu with a 4-0 victory. Meanwhile, Snorting Lisbon emerged victorious in their clash against HIV Eindhoven with a scoreline of 6-2.

Moving onto Division 1, the games were equally gripping. Law Abiding Sigurdssons clinched a narrow 2-1 win against De Jong Boys, while WILDFLOWER FC barely edged past COYS with a 3-2 victory.

Division 2 had its own share of thrills, with Net Busters blanking Inter The Pub 4-0, demonstrating remarkable defensive skills. Lisp United too, managed a comfortable win, defeating Only Curls And Horses 4-1. Sible Service, on the other hand, registered an emphatic 4-0 victory against Jensons Under Fives.

In Division 3, the match between Pathetico Madrid and Johnos U12s ended in a stalemate with neither team able to break the deadlock. Murder On Zidanes Floor, however, managed to claim a decisive 5-2 win over The Goal Threats.

The top scorers from each division kept the spectators on the edge of their seats with their remarkable performances. The goal tally for the top scorers in Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 are yet to be officially revealed.
