DON'T GO NOWHERE are CHAMPIONS

There were jubilant scenes of celebration at the Havant and Waterlooville FC stadium last night as our brilliant Monday night 6 a side season concluded.

Don't Go Nowhere confirmed their place as Premier League Champions with a convincing 7 - 0 win over Wilfred Bony's Boys, Palmer with a hatrick on the night to round off a fantastic season for DGN who took 23 of a possible 28 points and finished with a goal difference of +58. LPHitSquad overcame Puff Puff Pass to secure 3rd place, level on points with Cardiac Arrest who strangely didn't appear for their game so suffer a 5 - 0 defeat. Lastly in the premier league we saw an impressive debut from new side AW F.C who had 5 goals from captain Morgan Moret to thank for their 6 - 2 win over Barely Legal who retain their 4th place.

West Lee Mack continued their charge for the Division One title with great success, overcoming Tangfastic 7 - 3 to lift the trophy and confirm their promotion to the top table for next season. The goals were shared around but Burfoot netted his 28th and 29th of the season to finish 3rd in the golden boot chart for the season. Also promoted are LPU who led the league for a number of weeks and found their form again just in time to defeat MK Dongs 6 - 4 including a hattrick from Robinson. MK Dong's finish 3rd in a good season for them with Morgan Easen again their star man, 35 goals for the Dongs hitman this term and he picks up the golden boot, well played Morgan!

Meat FC hung onto their place in Div One with a decent 5 - 1 win over Bombs who will drop into Division Two for next season. Joining them will be Rovers, who suffered a 3 - 1 defeat to Rapid Decline. Rovers will be looking to regroup and find their feet in the new division next season while Rapid Decline finished a comfortable 4th.

The division two title was confirmed when RM Crossfit completed their win over Unais Frauds. the result was 10 - 2 so the celebrations could start early and RM Crossfit are crowned worthy league champions, we look forward to seeing how they go in Division One. Goal Diggers finished 2nd after a 5 - 1 win over Swan FC on the final night of the season, Clarke with two for Goal Diggers who will join RM Crossfit in Div One.

Game of the night was probably The Fox Vs Willian Your Mouth, it finished 4 - 4 with 2 goals for Ahmed and Barnett for The Fox while Sam Clarke and Lewis Foster also netted twice each for Willian. Finally we saw Westy Utd pushing for promotion all the way with a 2 - 0 win over Kye Rovers Res, Christy and Thomas with a goal each for the Westy's

So thats it, season over and what a brilliant one it has been, thank you to all the captains for always doing your best to get sides out, I know it can be tricky but communication is the key and as we head towards the new campaign I hope we can continue to work together to make this the best 6 a side league anywhere in the south.

Massive massive thank you to Mike our supervisor, what a great guy and a brilliant example of how to manage a league on match nights. Nathan, Tom, Mark, Blair thank you all for your efforts, we have a great team and I can't wait for next season, which starts next week, fixtures will be out very soon!

Congratulations to our league winners, don't rest though, the other teams are after your titles !
