Havant Monday 6 a side news - match day 2

In the second week of the Havant Monday Football league, the games were nothing short of thrilling. The night was filled with hard-fought victories and intense rivalries across all divisions.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, the Smashers emerged victorious, with a tight 3-2 win over the Smokin Jokers. The standout performer was Dale Marsh who contributed all three goals for the Smashers, making him the top scorer in the division this week.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 games were no less exciting. Flamingo FC faced a narrow 2-0 defeat to Pol Gus. The game between El Pork Pies and Rapid Decline ended with a 2-1 victory for Rapid Decline, but the highlight of the division was the evenly contested match between The Rejects and Terrible Ballsy, that ended in a 2-2 draw. The Rejects' Owen Murray shone as the top scorer in the division with two goals, and his outstanding performance earned him the title of the most valued player of the week.

DIVISION THREE

In Division 3, 2 Goals 1 Cup narrowly beat Man Tity 3-2 in a closely contested match. Giroud Sandstorm managed to squeeze a 1-0 win against Meat Reserves. MoLeicester City defeated Barely Athletic 5-1, while new leaders AJB FC ended their game against Saka Spuds with a clean 2-0 win. Ewan Foster-Bartlett of AJB FC was the top scorer in this division with two goals.

The Havant Monday league continues to deliver high-octane six-a-side football, providing a fantastic spectacle for fans and a platform for players to showcase their skills. With the season just warming up, we can expect more exciting matches in the weeks to come.
