Havant Monday 6 a side news - match day 4

The Havant Monday 6-a-side football league sparkled last night under the floodlights, delivering some thrilling performances in its fourth week of the season.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, Berewood United convincingly defeated Pol Gus 6-3, with the superb performance by top scorer Joe Codling, netting four goals to his name for the victors. Elsewhere, Smashers recorded a solid 3-1 win over Space Stars FC while Smokin Jokers narrowly edged past Misfits in a tightly contested 2-1 match.

DIVISION TWO  

Division 2 also provided some high-scoring excitement. AFC Mole Hill dominated Kanut Hit The Net FC, registering a resounding 10-1 victory. Freddie Mason led the charge, scoring four fantastic goals for AFC Mole Hill, securing his place as the top scorer in the division. El Pork Pies also had a great night, beating AJB FC 5-1, while Terrible Ballsy clinched a tight 4-3 win over Saka Spuds.

DIVISION THREE

Meanwhile, in Division 3, matches were closely fought affairs. Clem Fandangoal FC suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Giroud Sandstorm, while Man Tity triumphed 1-0 over Flamingo Fc. However, the highlight of the division was the 2-1 victory of 2 Goals 1 Cup over Barely Athletic, with Ben Steere scoring both goals for the winning side, earning him the top scorer accolade for Division 3.

The Havant Monday league continues to serve up a brilliant showcase of passion, skill, and sporting spirit. With fierce competition across all divisions, we can look forward to more thrilling action in the upcoming weeks of the league. Stay tuned!
