Havant Monday 6 a side news - match day 6

In a thrilling week of football, Havant Monday 6-a-side league saw some remarkable performances in their sixth week of the season. Teams across all divisions competed fiercely, showing skill and determination.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Smokin Jokers edged out AFC Tamworth in a nail-biting 4-3 encounter, while Smashers dominated Marlon Packet with a resounding 7-1 victory. Benn Neal led the charge for Smashers, netting an impressive four goals and clinching the title of top scorer in the division this week. Elsewhere, Berewood United defeated Misfits 5-1 while Pol Gus secured a comfortable 4-1 win against Space Stars FC.

DIVISION TWO  

Division 2 saw similar drama unfold on the pitch. Terrible Ballsy clinched a narrow victory over Kanut Hit The Net FC with a 3-2 scoreline, while AJB FC overcame Rapid Decline in a closely fought 3-2 match. Saka Spuds had a challenging game against Leigh Park United, eventually falling 2-1. Kade Rodgers of Kanut Hit The Net FC emerged as the division's top scorer with two goals.

DIVISION THREE

In Division 3, 2 Goals 1 Cup succumbed to Clem Fandangoal FC in a 4-1 showdown. Flamingo FC commanded the field against Barely Athletic, with a 6-2 victory. MoLeicester City narrowly defeated Giroud Sandstorm 3-2, while Man Tity triumphed over See Me Tired 6-1. Clem Fandangoal FC's Frankie McMullan stood out as the division's top scorer, finding the back of the net three times.

The standout performance of the week came from Ollie Burgess of AJB FC, who was deservedly named the Most Valued Player. His exceptional performance was instrumental in his team's success and made him a player to watch in the coming weeks. As the league continues, all teams will be looking to up their game and make their mark in their respective divisions.
